Excellent Service! Jen was terrific to work with! She kept us posted on new listings in the neighborhood and the lines of communication were always open—She got back to us quickly and was always available to talk 24/7. She was the perfect realtor for us because she was very familiar with our neighborhood (Hillsmere Shores) and knew every street which was really helpful in being able to find the right house. She was genuinely interested in helping us find the right home and I feel that she gave us great advice. She really helped us weigh the pros and cons of each house that we looked at. She’s also super friendly, very easy to work with and genuinely, just a really nice person! Also, both before and after our purchase, she has been really helpful in providing recommendations on who to use for various home projects like landscaping, handyman work, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Jen Schaub!

Jen has been both the listing and sales agent for me and got top dollar for my listing in under a week because she knows how to price to sell. She also got me into a fantastic home in a sought after neighborhood in Annapolis, partly because she makes it her goal to know houses for sale in neighborhoods. She also did 3 deals for my friends. My wife and I had eyes on this particular sought after neighborhood for years. I did a walk through of a property that became available and met Jen Schaub who was showing the home. I told Jen, this property did not meet our needs, but she insisted she would find one in the neighborhood that did. Throughout the next 18 months, Jen would call me directly when a property in the neighborhood became available. She stayed focused on our needs and didn’t waste time and effort showing us anything outside the neighborhood, which really liked. Finally, in fall 2021 Jen used her connections to provide us an exclusive showing to a beautiful neighborhood home prior to going to market. We didn’t hesitate to make an offer and Jen expertly and expeditiously facilitated the negotiations to seal the deal.
